- How much does the V.I.C. card cost?

Nothing, it is completely free!

- How much time do I have to collect the stamps?

There are no expiry dates or delays to the card so you have all the time in the world to fill it with stamps.

- If I buy for more, or less, than 25$, do I lose the balance of the amount?

No. Simply keep your receipt and show it with your next purchase. The receipts are cumulative and valid for 6 months.

For example, let’s say you buy for $40*. We stamp your V.I.C. card once for an amount of $25*. Your receipt is still good for $15* and can be added to your next purchase.

- What happens if I forget or lose my card?

We will give you a new card and when you find the old one, we will combine them. However, if you lose your card, we cannot replace the stamps lost.

- How do I get a V.I.C. card? Do I need to fill out a form?

There are no forms to fill and no name attributed to the V.I.C. card. We usually give it automatically with all purchases of $25* or more. However, you can always ask for one at our cash counter.

- Can I combine my V.I.C. Card stamp with whatever sales or promotions are going on at the store?

The V.I.C. card is only valid on regular priced items. It is in itself a promotion so, like all sales and promotions, it cannot be combined with another sale or promotion.

- I live far away and usually order my books via your website or by post. Can I still get a V.I.C. Card?

Absolutely. By post, we send the card automatically with all purchase of $25* (shipping fees not included).

- Combien coûte une carte V.I.C.?

Rien, elle est totalement gratuite!

- Combien de temps ai-je pour collectionner les étampes?

Il n’y a aucun délai d’expiration alors vous avez tout le temps du monde pour accumuler les étampes.

- Si j’achète pour plus, ou moins, que 25$, est-ce que je perds la balance?

Non. Gardez simplement vos reçus et montrez-le avec votre prochain achat. Les reçus sont cumulatifs et valides pour 6 mois.

Par exemple, disons que vous achetez pour 40$*. Nous étampons une fois la carte V.I.C. pour un montant de 25$*. Votre reçu est encore bon pour 15$* et peut être ajouté à votre prochain achat.

- Qu’arrive-t-il si j’oublie ma carte?

Nous vous en donnons une nouvelle. Quand vous retrouvez l’autre, ramenez les deux cartes pour qu’on les combine. Par contre, si vous perdez votre carte, sachez que nous ne pouvons la remplacer. C’est la même chose pour la carte-cadeau.

- Comment puis-je obtenir une carte V.I.C.? Dois-je remplir un formulaire?

Il n’y a aucun formulaire à remplir et aucun nom n’est attitré aux cartes V.I.C.. Normalement nous la donnons automatiquement avec tout achat de 25$ ou plus avant taxes et sans promotion. Cependant, vous pouvez en tout temps en demander une à la caisse.

- Est-ce que je peux combiner ma carte avec les ventes ou promotions en magasin?

La carte V.I.C. est valide seulement sur les articles à prix régulier. Elle est une promotion en soi et, comme toute autre promotion ou vente, elle ne se combine pas avec les autres offres.

- J’habite loin et normalement je commande mes livres par la poste. Est-ce que je peux quand même avoir une carte V.I.C.?

Absolument. Par la poste, nous envoyons la carte avec le colis pour tout achat de 25$* (frais d’envois non inclus).
